Position Summary
Jet Aviation is seeking a professional Captain to command operations in an elite private aviation environment. The Captain holds ultimate responsibility for the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of state-of-the-art aircraft while providing an exceptional experience for discerning clientele. The successful candidate will lead the crew and represent the brand with integrity, discretion, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Exercise command authority over all assigned flights, ensuring adherence to federal, local, and company regulations.

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of aircraft systems to ensure precision in operations and adaptability to changing flight conditions.

Perform duties as the In-Flight Security Coordinator (ISC) under relevant security programs.

Conduct passenger safety briefings or delegate to the Second in Command.

Manage all flight documentation, aircraft manuals, and trip paperwork in accordance with company procedures.

Report hazards, aircraft discrepancies, and safety issues through established communication channels.
Candidate Requirements

Certifications:
Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate and FAA First Class Medical.

Experience:
Minimum 3,500 hours total fixed-wing time, including 1,500 hours as Pilot in Command, 1,500 hours Multi-Engine, 500 hours Turbo-Jet, 500 hours Turbine, 100 hours Night, and 75 hours Simulated Instrument.

Education:
High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

Licensing:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Availability:
Ability to work a variable schedule and travel extensively worldwide with no restrictions.

Skills:
Exceptional organizational and communication skills; proactive problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications

Appropriate aircraft type rating and current status.

Proven ability to manage complex operations with integrity and discretion.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment

Must be able to stand, walk, sit, climb, kneel, or crouch; frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.

Maintain sharp vision across various ranges and depths.

Work environment includes hangar settings, aircraft ramps, and upscale customer spaces, involving exposure to fuel fumes, vibrations, high noise levels, and variable weather conditions.
Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated salary range for this position is $360,000 to $415,000, determined based on experience, location, and relevant considerations.
