Position Summary
Jet Aviation is seeking an experienced Captain to command the Augusta AW139 in an elite private aviation environment. The successful candidate will maintain responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft while providing an exceptional experience for discerning clientele. As a Brand Ambassador, the Captain will uphold the highest standards of safety, security, and professionalism while navigating domestic and global routes.
Key Responsibilities

Take command of assigned flights, ensuring total safety and compliance with all federal, local, and company regulations.

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of aircraft systems to operate with precision and adapt to changing conditions.

Perform duties as the In-flight Security Coordinator (ISC) in accordance with the Twelve Five Standard Security Program or applicable private charter programs.

Conduct required passenger safety briefings and report all aircraft discrepancies.

Manage trip documentation, aircraft manuals, and administrative paperwork.

Represent Jet Aviation with a focus on professionalism, integrity, and exceptional service.
Candidate Requirements

Certifications:
Airline Transport Pilot Certificate and FAA First Class Medical.

Flight Experience:
2,500 hours total time, including 1,500 helicopter hours and 500 hours turbine time.

Education:
High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

Licensing:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Availability:
Ability to work a variable, flexible schedule and travel extensively worldwide without restrictions.

Professionalism:
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Credentials:
Appropriate aircraft type rating and currency.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
The role requires the ability to stand, walk, sit, climb, kneel, and crouch, with the capacity to lift and move up to 50 pounds. Candidates must maintain sharp vision at various ranges. The work environment varies from maintenance hangars to upscale customer spaces, involving exposure to noise, vibrations, fuel fumes, and seasonal temperature extremes.
Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated salary range for this position is $175,000 to $200,000, determined by experience, location, and relevant considerations.
