The Opportunity
Jet Aviation is seeking an experienced Captain to join the elite G800 fleet. The successful candidate will lead aircraft operations with precision, upholding the highest standards of safety and service. Reporting directly to the Director of Flight Operations, the Captain is responsible for delivering world-class aviation experiences while maintaining operational excellence.
Responsibilities

Maintain the safety of all crew members, passengers, and cargo onboard.

Ensure strict compliance with all operational procedures, checklists, and the Operations Manual (FOM).

Manage crew positioning during all critical phases of flight, including take-off, final approach, and landing.

Restrict non-essential activities during critical phases of flight to ensure safe aircraft operation.

Protect flight data and cockpit voice recordings in accordance with safety and investigation protocols.

Coordinate flight crew duties to ensure high standards of airmanship.

Execute precise navigation and observe all minimum altitude requirements.

Monitor and respect aircraft system limitations and ensure proper handling of the aircraft.

Ensure sufficient fuel reserves for safe arrival at a suitable airport.

Collaborate with cabin crew to maintain cabin safety requirements.

Complete all flight and technical logs accurately.

Submit written occurrence and accident reports as required.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of aviation regulations, operations manuals, and industry best practices.

Uphold high standards of discipline, professional conduct, and personal appearance.

Comply with all regulations outlined in the FOM and the Air Navigation Order (ANO).

Brief passengers on emergency equipment, exit locations, and safety protocols.
Candidate Requirements

Valid ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License) with a G800 type rating (FAA, UK, or EASA).

Minimum of 5,000 hours of total flight time.

Minimum of 1,000 hours in a Pilot-in-Command (PIC) capacity.

Proven experience operating large-cabin corporate aircraft.

Comprehensive knowledge of aircraft systems, aviation regulations, and safety protocols.

Demonstrated international flight experience and proficiency in adverse weather conditions.

Current Class 1 Medical Certificate.

Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
