Position Summary
As a Captain at Jet Aviation, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of flights, navigating domestic and international routes. You will act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying our values of trust, honesty, and transparency. This position requires an experienced aviator capable of thriving under pressure while maintaining a commitment to premium service and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Exercise full command of assigned flights, ensuring safety and strict adherence to federal, local, and company regulations.

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of aircraft systems to ensure precise operations and seamless travel experiences.

Serve as the In-flight Security Coordinator (ISC) as required by security programs, including conducting passenger safety briefings.

Proactively manage trip documentation, maintain aircraft manuals, and complete all required paperwork with accuracy.

Report aircraft discrepancies and foster an open, safety-first communication culture.

Represent Jet Aviation with the highest level of professionalism and dedication.
Required Qualifications

Certifications:
Airline Transport Pilot Certificate and FAA First Class Medical.

Experience:
Minimum of 3,500 hours total fixed-wing time, including 1,500 hours Pilot in Command, 1,500 hours Multi-Engine, 500 hours Turbo-Jet, 500 hours Turbine, 100 hours Night, and 75 hours Simulated Instrument.

Education:
High school diploma.

Licensing:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Availability:
Ability to work a variable schedule and travel extensively worldwide without restrictions.
Preferred Qualifications

Appropriate aircraft type rating and currency.

Proven leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Strong problem-solving capabilities with a high level of integrity and discretion.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
Candidates must be capable of frequent lifting and moving up to 50 pounds, including overhead lifting, and performing tasks that require standing, walking, sitting, kneeling, or climbing. The work environment varies from maintenance hangars—with potential exposure to noise, vibrations, and fuel fumes—to upscale customer environments, requiring adaptability to changing weather and temperature conditions.
Compensation and Benefits
