Position Summary
As a Captain at Jet Aviation, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of flights, representing our brand as a trusted ambassador. You will navigate both domestic and global routes, lead your flight crew, and maintain the highest standards of safety, security, and quality. Key Responsibilities

Take command of assigned flights, ensuring full compliance with federal, local, and company regulations.

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of aircraft systems to operate with precision, manage flight plans, and adapt to changing operational conditions.

Serve as the In-Flight Security Coordinator (ISC) in accordance with applicable security programs.

Conduct required passenger safety briefings or delegate to the Second in Command.

Actively promote a culture of safety by reporting hazards and maintaining open communication regarding safety issues.

Accurately record and report all aircraft discrepancies.

Manage trip documentation and aircraft manuals in accordance with company procedures.

Represent the Jet Aviation brand with professionalism and a commitment to exceptional service.
Candidate Requirements

Certifications:
Airline Transport Pilot Certificate and FAA First Class Medical.

Flight Experience:
3,500 hours total fixed-wing time; 1,500 hours Pilot in Command; 1,500 hours Multi-Engine; 500 hours Turbo-Jet; 500 hours Turbine; 100 hours Night; 75 hours Simulated Instrument.

Education:
High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

Documentation:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Flexibility:
Ability to work a variable schedule and travel extensively worldwide with no restrictions.

Skills:
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; proactive problem-solving abilities.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
This role involves frequent standing, walking, sitting, and the ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds. Candidates must be comfortable working in diverse environments, ranging from heavy maintenance hangars to professional customer spaces, and be prepared for exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, and vibration.
