We are currently seeking a professional Captain to join our elite team. The successful candidate will command aircraft in a private aviation environment, ensuring the highest standards of safety, leadership, and operational excellence for our discerning clientele.

Position Summary

As a Captain, you will hold full responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of state-of-the-art aircraft. You will navigate domestic and global routes, lead your crew, and serve as a brand ambassador, embodying our core values of trust, honesty, and transparency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Command assigned flights, making critical decisions to ensure safety and full compliance with federal, local, and company regulations.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of aircraft systems to operate with precision and adapt to changing flight conditions.
  • Serve as the In-Flight Security Coordinator (ISC), conduct passenger safety briefings, and report all aircraft discrepancies.
  • Manage trip documentation, maintain aircraft manuals, and complete accurate paperwork in accordance with company procedures.
  • Represent the Jet Aviation brand with a high level of professionalism and dedication to service excellence.

Requirements

  • Airline Transport Pilot Certificate and FAA First Class Medical.
  • Minimum of 3,500 hours total fixed-wing time, including:
    • 1,500 hours Pilot in Command
    • 1,500 hours Multi-Engine
    • 500 hours Turbo-Jet
    • 500 hours Turbine
    • 100 hours Night
    • 75 hours Simulated Instrument
  • High school diploma.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to work a variable schedule and travel extensively worldwide without restrictions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • College degree.
  • Appropriate aircraft type rating and currency.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to collaborative teamwork.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and high personal integrity.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

The role requires the ability to stand, walk, sit, and perform occasional climbing, kneeling, or crouching. Candidates must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds. The work environment varies from office and upscale customer settings to hangars, which may involve exposure to noise, vibrations, and fuel fumes, as well as varying temperature extremes.

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated salary range for this position is $315,000 to $350,000, subject to determination based on experience, location, and other relevant factors.
