Position Summary
The Captain holds ultimate responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of private aircraft. This role requires a leader who can command global flight missions with precision, discretion, and a commitment to operational excellence. The successful candidate will represent the Jet Aviation brand, ensuring a superior experience for our discerning clientele while upholding the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Exercise full command over assigned flights, ensuring safety and compliance with all federal, local, and company regulations.

Maintain expert knowledge of aircraft systems to manage flight operations with precision and adaptability.

Serve as the In-Flight Security Coordinator (ISC) in accordance with the Twelve-Five or Private Charter Standard Security Programs.

Conduct required passenger safety briefings and foster a culture of open communication regarding safety and hazard reporting.

Manage trip documentation, aircraft manuals, and administrative paperwork to company standards.

Record and report all aircraft discrepancies promptly.

Act as a Brand Ambassador, delivering exceptional service and professionalism to every client.
Candidate Requirements
Required Qualifications

Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.

FAA First Class Medical certificate.

Minimum 3,500 hours total fixed-wing flight time.

Minimum 1,500 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC).

Minimum 1,500 hours multi-engine experience.

Minimum 500 hours turbo-jet experience.

Minimum 500 hours turbine experience.

Minimum 100 hours night flight time.

Minimum 75 hours simulated instrument time.

High school diploma.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Ability to maintain a variable schedule and travel extensively worldwide without restrictions.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment
Candidates must be capable of performing physical tasks including regular standing, walking, sitting, and occasional climbing, kneeling, or crouching. The role requires the ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds, including overhead lifting, and maintaining sharp vision across various ranges. The work environment varies from administrative settings to maintenance hangars and aircraft environments, which may involve exposure to noise, vibrations, fuel fumes, and varying weather conditions.
Compensation and Benefits
