Position Summary
Jet Aviation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Captain to command Gulfstream G550 aircraft in an elite private aviation environment. The Captain will be fully responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft, providing exemplary leadership to the flight crew and ensuring an exceptional experience for discerning clientele. Required Qualifications:
- Certifications: Airline Transport Pilot Certificate and a current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
- Experience: A minimum of 3,500 hours of total fixed-wing flight time, including 1,500 hours as Pilot in Command, 1,500 hours of multi-engine experience, 500 hours of turbojet flight time, 500 hours of turbine aircraft experience, 100 hours of night flight, and 75 hours of simulated instrument time.
- Flexibility: Availability to work a variable schedule aligned with flight mission requirements.
- Global Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel extensively worldwide without restrictions.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Licensing: A valid driver's license.

What You'll Do
Key responsibilities for the Gulfstream G550 Captain include:
- Command and Decision-Making: Take command of all assigned flights, making critical decisions to ensure safety and compliance with all federal, local, and company regulations.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all aircraft systems to operate with precision, manage flight plans effectively, and adapt to changing conditions to ensure a seamless travel experience.
- Team Collaboration and Mentorship: Work closely with the Second in Command, sharing knowledge and skills to foster their development for future leadership roles.
- Safety Advocacy: Perform the functions of the In-Flight Security Coordinator (ISC) as per applicable security programs. Conduct required passenger safety briefings or delegate this responsibility appropriately. Actively promote open communication regarding safety matters, report hazards, and uphold Jet Aviation's commitment to a secure operational environment. Document and report all aircraft discrepancies as they arise.
- Administrative Management: Manage all trip documentation, maintain aircraft manuals, and complete accurate trip paperwork in accordance with company procedures.
- Brand Representation: Serve as a visible representative of Jet Aviation, demonstrating professionalism and a commitment to the company's mission of delivering exceptional service.

Compensation
The anticipated salary range for this position is $260,000 to $270,000. This range is indicative and not a guaranteed offer. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate's experience, geographic location, and other relevant factors.
