Position Summary
The Lead Captain will command flights within an elite private aviation environment, emphasizing precision, leadership, and discretion. Minimum Requirements

What We're Looking For:
- Expert Credentials: Airline Transport Pilot Certificate and a valid FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 3,500 total fixed-wing flight hours, including 1,500 hours as Pilot in Command, 1,500 hours multi-engine, 500 hours turbojet, 500 hours turbine, 100 hours night, and 75 hours of simulated instrument time.
- Flexibility: Ability to adhere to a variable work schedule designed to meet specific flight mission profiles.
- Global Readiness: Willingness to undertake extensive worldwide travel without restrictions.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- License Requirements: Possession of a valid driver's license.

Main Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Lead with Confidence: Assume command of all assigned flights, making critical decisions to ensure paramount safety and full compliance with all federal, local, and company regulations.
- Deliver Excellence: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all aircraft systems to ensure precise operation, effective flight plan management, and seamless adaptation to changing conditions for an unparalleled travel experience.
- Collaborate and Mentor: Work in close partnership with the Second in Command, actively imparting knowledge and skills to foster their development for future leadership opportunities.
- Champion Safety: Fulfill the duties of the In-Flight Security Coordinator (ISC) in accordance with applicable security programs. Conduct required passenger safety briefings or delegate this responsibility to the Second in Command. Proactively support open communication regarding safety matters, diligently report hazards, and uphold Jet Aviation's unwavering commitment to a secure environment. Record and report all aircraft discrepancies as they arise.
- Provide Administrative Excellence: Meticulously manage trip documentation, maintain aircraft manuals, and complete accurate trip paperwork in strict adherence to company procedures.
- Represent the Brand: Serve as the primary representative of Jet Aviation, embodying professionalism and a steadfast dedication to the company's mission of delivering exceptional service.

What You'll Experience:
- Physical Requirements: Perform tasks requiring regular use of hands, standing, walking, and sitting, with occasional requirements for climbing, kneeling, or crouching. Frequent lifting and movement of objects up to 50 pounds, including overhead lifting. Maintain acute vision across various ranges and depths.
- Work Environment: Operate within diverse environments, ranging from heavy maintenance areas to sophisticated customer lounges. Compensation
The anticipated salary range for this position is $290,000 to $310,000 annually. This range is an estimate and not a guaranteed offer. The final compensation will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, geographic location, and other relevant qualifications.
