Key Responsibilities
The Airline Transport Pilot will be responsible for:
- Safely operating company aircraft in strict adherence to all federal, local, and internal company regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Conducting thorough pre-flight planning, including comprehensive weather analysis, route determination, and operational risk assessment.
- Making informed and timely decisions regarding departure times, routes, and potential flight delays or cancellations based on prevailing weather conditions, operational requirements, or other critical factors.
- Ensuring all flight operations maintain the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and compliance.
- Maintaining accurate and complete flight logs and documentation.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Possession of a valid Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate with the appropriate aircraft type rating.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
- A minimum of 4,000 hours total fixed-wing flight time.
- A minimum of 1,500 hours multi-engine land flight time.
- A minimum of 2,000 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time.
