Aviation Professional – Captain
This position requires a highly skilled and experienced aviation professional to serve as Captain. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of aircraft, adhering strictly to all applicable regulations and company policies. This individual will demonstrate sound judgment in all operational decisions, ensuring the utmost safety and well-being of all on board.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Captain will safely operate the aircraft, demonstrating proficiency in all phases of flight.
- The Captain is responsible for determining appropriate departure times and routes, making critical assessments of weather conditions and other factors, and, when necessary, cancelling flights in the interest of safety.
- The Captain must guarantee that every flight is conducted in strict compliance with all federal, local, and company regulations, policies, and procedures.
- The Captain will proactively institute all necessary changes dictated by en route conditions, ensuring that the flight continues under appropriate company policies, procedures and rules.
Qualifications:
- Possession of an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate with appropriate Aircraft Type Rating is mandatory.
- Must hold and maintain a valid FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
- The candidate must have a minimum of 4,000 hours Total Fixed Wing flight time.
- A minimum of 1,500 hours Multi-Engine Land flight time is required.
- The candidate must demonstrate a minimum of 2,000 hours of Pilot-in-Command experience.
