Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities, with a proven capacity to collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse personal and professional backgrounds.
- Unrestricted FAA Airline Transport Pilot and Multi-engine Land Certificate.
- Minimum of 3,000 hours total flight time.
- Minimum of 300 hours in King Air 350 type.
- Minimum of 500 hours of jet/turbine flight time.
- Valid First Class Medical certificate.
- United States citizenship or proof of authorization to work in the United States.
- Current US passport.
- Impeccable safety record, with no history of accidents, incidents, or enforcement actions.
- Absence of DUI/DWI convictions, and ability to conduct Part 135 flights to/from Canada.
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including holidays and weekends.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively worldwide without ICAO restrictions.
- Proficiency in written, verbal, mathematical, analytical, and aeronautical decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to react appropriately during emergencies and irregular operations.
- Capacity for logical thinking and rapid concept comprehension.
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds routinely, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Assume ultimate responsibility for the safe, efficient, comfortable, and punctual operation of the company's aircraft.
- Maintain residence within a one-hour commute of Van Nuys, CA.
- Serve as Pilot in Command on company jet aircraft assignments.
- Consistently strive to meet client travel needs while achieving performance excellence.
- Strictly adhere to all applicable regulations, including company manuals, policies, and operational specifications.
- Exercise sound judgement in ensuring safe and efficient flight operations.
- Lead decision-making processes related to safe aircraft operation.
- Accurately assess current and anticipated flight conditions, proactively identifying potential operational threats.
- Effectively exchange information, ideas, and instructions in a timely manner.
- Manage tasks to optimize overall crew performance.
- Demonstrate a commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and mentorship.
- Cultivate a safe and collaborative cockpit environment.
- Successfully complete all required company and FAA proficiency checks and training programs.
- Promote a positive image of the company in accordance with established policies.
- Fulfill additional duties as assigned by the Chief Pilot and/or Assistant Chief Pilot.
