Lead Captain :

The Lead Captain of this well-established, multi aircraft account will fly and direct. As a primary point of contact for all flight operations activities, this individual will be responsible for scheduling, training, crew development, and communications between client and crew. Experience at high volume flight department leadership is required for success. Will exercise pilot in command authority of all flights to which they are assigned and are the final authority for the safe conduct of each flight.

The Hangar environment may be extreme hot and cold during certain seasons of the year.
