Key Responsibilities
- Safely operates the aircraft in strict adherence to all established operational procedures, protocols, and company guidelines.
- Proactively determines optimal departure times and flight routes, meticulously considering meteorological conditions, air traffic control directives, and other pertinent operational factors.
- Skillfully evaluates weather patterns, operational limitations, and unforeseen circumstances to make informed and timely decisions regarding flight adjustments or cancellations, prioritizing safety above all.
- Ensures comprehensive and unwavering compliance with all applicable federal, local, and company regulations, policies, and procedures governing all aspects of flight operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Possesses a valid Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate with the appropriate aircraft type rating.
- Able to obtain and consistently maintain a valid Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) First Class Medical Certificate.
- Has accumulated a minimum of 4,000 hours of total fixed-wing flight time.
- Holds a minimum of 1,500 hours of multi-engine land flight time.
- Has logged a minimum of 2,000 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC).
- Possesses a minimum of 1,500 hours of turbojet flight time.
