Position Summary
This position offers a unique opportunity within a dynamic aviation department. The Corporate Pilot is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the company's Cessna Citation CJ3 aircraft. The role emphasizes meticulous planning, execution of domestic and occasional international flights, and adherence to stringent safety and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate the CJ3 under Part 91 operations; PC-12 experience is considered a valuable asset.
- Plan and execute domestic and occasional international flight itineraries.
- Conduct thorough pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight aircraft inspections to ensure airworthiness.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive flight logs and all required aircraft records.
- Effectively coordinate flight operations with maintenance and scheduling teams to optimize efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and company operational policies.
Required Qualifications
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) or Commercial Pilot Certificate with a multi-engine land rating.
- Current and qualified in the Cessna Citation CJ3; a Type Rating is mandatory.
- Minimum of 4,000 total flight hours as Pilot-In-Command (PIC).
- Minimum of 3,000 flight hours in multi-engine aircraft as PIC.
- Minimum of 2,000 flight hours in turbojet aircraft as PIC.
- Minimum of 500 flight hours in the Cessna Citation CJ3 as PIC.
- Demonstrated experience in single-pilot operations and mountain flying is preferred.
- Possess strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Must successfully pass a background check, drug screening, and FAA background check.

Compensation and Employee Benefits
The anticipated salary range for this position is $140,000 to $150,000 annually. This range is indicative and not a guaranteed offer of compensation; the final salary will be determined based on factors including candidate experience, geographic location, and other relevant considerations.
