Position Summary
Jet Aviation seeks a Lead Captain to ensure the safe, efficient, and professional operation of flight assignments. This role involves leadership, mentorship, and embodying company values while serving as Pilot in Command (PIC). The Lead Captain will develop crew members, foster a culture of excellence, and represent the brand with distinction.
What We’re Looking For

Expert Credentials:
Airline Transport Pilot Certificate and FAA First Class Medical required.

Proven Experience:
Five years aviation experience with 3,500 hours total fixed-wing time, including 1,500 hours as Pilot in Command, 1,500 hours Multi-Engine, 500 hours Turbo-Jet, 500 hours Turbine, 100 hours Night, and 75 hours Simulated Instrument.

Flexibility:
Ability to work a variable schedule to meet flight mission profiles.

Global Readiness:
Willingness to travel extensively worldwide with no restrictions.

Education:
High school diploma required.

License Requirements:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

What You’ll Experience
