BBJ NG Captain - Hong Kong
Jet Aviation, a global leader in aviation services since 1967, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced BBJ NG Captain to join its Flight Operations team in Hong Kong. As a key member of the team, the Captain will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of Boeing fleet aircraft.
Responsibilities:
- Prioritize the safety of all crew members, passengers, and cargo onboard.
- Adhere to all operational procedures and checklists outlined in the Operations Manual (FOM).
- Ensure crew members are stationed correctly during takeoff, final approach, and landing.
- Prevent any crew member from performing activities during takeoff, initial climb, final approach, and landing except those essential for aircraft safety.
- Safeguard flight data and cockpit voice recorder recordings, ensuring they are not disabled or erased unless necessary for incident or accident investigations.
- Collaborate with the flight crew to optimize airmanship and flight conduct.
- Maintain precise navigation and adherence to minimum altitudes.
- Ensure proper use and handling of the aircraft, observing all system limitations.
- Strictly enforce the use of checklists.
- Confirm sufficient usable fuel remains for safe landing at an airport, with final reserve fuel.
- Maintain close communication with the cabin crew to ensure adherence to cabin safety requirements.
- Complete flight and technical logs accurately.
- File written occurrence and accident reports when necessary.
- Stay informed of relevant aviation regulations, JBJH/JBJS operations manuals, and accepted aviation practices.
- Maintain a professional demeanor, appearance, and high standard of conduct as a company representative.
- Comply with the regulations contained in the Operations Manual (FOM) and Air Navigation Order (ANO).
- Brief passengers on the location of emergency exits and safety equipment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current on type BBJ NG / Max 8.
- FAA/EASA license preferred.
- Proven experience operating private jets.
