Global XRS Captain (Hong Kong-based)

Responsibilities:
- Prioritize the safety of all crew members, passengers, and cargo onboard.
- Strictly adhere to all operational procedures and checklists outlined in the Operations Manual (FOM).
- Ensure all crew members are in their designated stations prior to takeoff, final approach, and landing.
- Prohibit any crew member from performing tasks during takeoff, initial climb, final approach, and landing except those vital to the aircraft's safe operation.
- Maintain the integrity of flight data and cockpit voice recorders, ensuring data is not disabled or erased unless required for incident or accident investigation.
- Coordinate work distribution among flight crew members to optimize airmanship and flight conduct.
- Ensure precise navigation and strict adherence to minimum altitudes.
- Maintain awareness of all aircraft systems' limitations and implement proper use and handling procedures.
- Enforce the strict use of checklists throughout the flight.
- Guarantee sufficient usable fuel reserves for safe landing at an alternate airport, including final reserve fuel.
- Maintain consistent communication with the cabin crew to ensure adherence to cabin safety protocols.
- Complete all flight and technical logs accurately.
- File comprehensive occurrence and accident reports when necessary.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant aviation regulations, JBJH/JBJS operations manual, and established aviation practices.
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism, conduct, and appearance as a company representative.
- Comply with all regulations outlined in the Operations Manual (FOM) and the Air Navigation Order (ANO).
- Ensure all passengers are properly briefed on the location of emergency exits and the proper use of safety and emergency equipment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current on type Bombardier Global XRS.
- Minimum 500 hours on type experience.
- AOC Operations experience.
- Willingness to relocate to Hong Kong.
