Jet Aviation, a global leader in aviation services, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global XRS Captain to join its team in Hong Kong. As a Global XRS Captain, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining the highest standards of safety for all crew members, passengers, and cargo onboard.
- Strict adherence to operational procedures and checklists outlined in the Operations Manual.
- Ensuring all crew members are in their designated stations prior to takeoff, final approach, and landing.
- Enforcing a strict no-activity policy for crew members during takeoff, initial climb, final approach, and landing, except for essential duties required for safe operation.
- Protecting flight data and cockpit voice recorder integrity, ensuring data is only disabled or erased under specific circumstances, such as accident investigation.
- Effectively coordinating workload within the flight crew to promote optimal airmanship.
- Maintaining precise navigation and adherence to minimum altitude requirements.
- Understanding and upholding the limitations of all aircraft systems, ensuring proper use and handling of the aircraft.
- Rigorously enforcing checklist utilization.
- Monitoring fuel levels and ensuring sufficient fuel reserves for safe landing at an alternate airport.
- Maintaining close communication with the cabin crew to ensure adherence to all cabin safety procedures.
- Completing flight and technical logs accurately and thoroughly.
- Filing occurrence and accident reports as necessary.
- Staying abreast of relevant aviation regulations, JBJH/JBJS operations manual, and industry best practices.
- Representing the company with professionalism, maintaining a high standard of discipline, conduct, and appearance.
- Adhering to regulations outlined in the Operations Manual (FOM) and the Air Navigation Order (ANO).
- Providing comprehensive safety briefings to passengers, including emergency exit procedures and the location and use of safety equipment.
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Current type rating on Bombardier Global XRS.
- Minimum 500 hours of flight time on type.
- Experience in AOC operations.
- Willingness to relocate to Hong Kong.
