Position Overview:

This position will be based in Hong Kong and requires the successful candidate to relocate. As a Global XRS Captain, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and smooth operation of all flights, in accordance with the highest standards of airmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Safety First: Prioritize the safety of all crew members, passengers, and cargo onboard at all times.
Operational Excellence: Strictly adhere to all operational procedures and checklists as outlined in the Operations Manual (FOM).
Crew Management: Ensure all crew members are in their designated stations prior to takeoff, final approach, and landing.
Flight Safety: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols during critical flight phases (takeoff, initial climb, final approach, and landing), prohibiting any non-essential activities.
Data Integrity: Safeguard flight data and cockpit voice recorder recordings, ensuring they are not disabled or erased unless necessary for incident or accident investigation.
Effective Communication: Coordinate work distribution among the flight crew to optimize airmanship and ensure a smooth flight.
Navigation Precision: Maintain precise navigation and strictly observe minimum altitudes.
Aircraft Systems Expertise: Thoroughly understand the limitations of all aircraft systems and ensure their proper use and handling.
Checklist Compliance: Enforce the strict use of checklists for all procedures.
Fuel Management: Maintain sufficient usable fuel reserves to safely proceed to an alternate airport, ensuring final reserve fuel requirements are met.
Cabin Safety: Maintain close communication with the cabin crew to ensure all cabin safety requirements are being followed.
Log Maintenance: Ensure flight and technical logs are meticulously completed.
Incident Reporting: File written occurrence and accident reports as required.
Regulatory Compliance: Maintain a thorough understanding of all relevant aviation regulations, JBJH/JBJS operations manual, and agreed aviation practices.
Professionalism: Maintain a high standard of discipline, conduct, and appearance as a representative of the company.
Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to the regulations contained in the Operations Manual (FOM) and the Air Navigation Order (ANO).
Passenger Briefing: Ensure all passengers are thoroughly briefed on the location of emergency exits and the location and use of relevant safety and emergency equipment.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Current on type Bombardier Global XRS.
Minimum 500 hours on type.
AOC Operation experience.
Willingness to relocate to Hong Kong.
