About the Role
The Flight Attendant is responsible for creating a simple, reliable, and joyful experience for customers while prioritizing safety. This role requires knowledge of proper cabin equipment and controls, as well as proficiency in handling assignments, functions, and responsibilities during ditching and evacuation scenarios, particularly for persons requiring special assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure aircraft cleanliness, stocking, and preparation for customer boarding.
- Verify the presence and operational readiness of emergency equipment, life vests, oxygen masks, and other necessary supplies.
- Conduct or verify safety briefings and secure the cabin prior to departure.
- Confirm aircraft readiness for departure with the Captain.
- Provide attentive service to customers and crew during flight.
- Remain vigilant and prepared to respond to any situation, applying training with professionalism and care.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship.
- Successful completion of required federal background checks and eligibility screenings.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2 years of face-to-face customer service experience.
- Strong verbal communication skills and fluency in English.
- Current and valid Driver's license.
- Current and valid Passport.
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- Height between 5'0" and 5'8" without shoes to ensure fit within aircraft dimensions.
- Ability to sit comfortably in the assigned jumpseat without an extension or modification.
- No visible tattoos or body piercings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Flight Attendant.
- Ability to speak and communicate in another language.

Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation: $198.00 per day.
- Health Benefits: Eligibility on the 1st of the month following start date. Medical plans starting at $110/month. 100% employer-paid dental and vision. Up to $2,100 annually for HSA contribution.
