Job Summary
JSX is seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join its Inflight team as Flight Attendants. This role is pivotal in creating a joyful, simple, and reliable experience for every customer while prioritizing safety. The Flight Attendant will ensure the aircraft is prepared for service, provide exceptional customer care, and be prepared to respond to all situations with professionalism and expertise.
Responsibilities

Create a simple, reliable, and joyful experience for customers.

Maintain knowledge of proper use of cabin equipment and controls.

Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of assignments, functions, and responsibilities during ditching and evacuation, including assisting persons who may need special assistance.

Ensure the aircraft is clean, fully stocked, and prepped for customer boarding.

Verify the presence and proper working order of emergency equipment, life vests, oxygen masks, and other supplies.

Conduct or verify safety briefings.

Secure the cabin and confirm readiness for departure with the Captain.

Provide attentive service to customers and crew.

Remain vigilant and prepared to respond to any situation.

Apply training and maintain composure in routine duties and emergency scenarios.

Perform other responsibilities as assigned, recognizing that duties may change due to circumstances such as emergencies or changes in workload.
Qualifications

Must be a U.S. citizen.

Must successfully complete required federal background checks and eligibility screenings.

High school diploma or GED required.

Minimum of 2 years of face-to-face customer service experience.

Strong verbal communication skills and fluency in English.

Adaptable in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience as a Flight Attendant.

Ability to speak and communicate in a language other than English.
Skills, Licenses, & Certifications

Current and valid Driver’s license.

Current and valid Passport.

Minimum age of 21.

Height requirement: Must be between 5’0” and 5’8” without shoes, due to aircraft size.

Ability to sit comfortably in the assigned jumpseat without an extension or modification.

No visible tattoos or body piercings.
Compensation and Benefits

Compensation: $198.00 per day.

Health Benefits: Eligibility begins the first of the month following the start date. Medical plans start at $110/month.
