JSX is seeking a skilled ATR Quick Upgrade Captain to operate aircraft and ensure safe, efficient flights for customers in Las Vegas, NV; Burbank, CA; Oakland, CA; Santa Ana, CA; and Santa Monica, CA. This full-time position offers a dynamic work environment with a focus on work-life balance.
As an ATR Quick Upgrade Captain at JSX, the primary responsibility is the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft in strict adherence to all regulations. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, managing typical schedules of 3-5 legs per day over 14-16 days per month, and prioritizing return to home base nightly. The position also includes assisting with pre-flight preparation, in-flight operations, and post-flight duties such as light cabin tidying and maintenance logging. Responsibilities extend to participating in recurrent training, potentially assisting with baggage handling at locations with limited ground support, and consistently representing JSX with the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer care.
