Pilot Positions at Iskwew Air

Iskwew Air is seeking qualified candidates for pilot positions. Applicants must possess a minimum of 1000 hours of pilot-in-command time and 200 hours of multi-engine flight experience. A type rating is not required as training will be provided. Candidates must hold a valid Canadian Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) with a Multi-Engine (ME) rating, issued by Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA). A valid Class 1 Medical Certificate and an ICAO English Language Proficiency level of 4 are also required. Covid-19 vaccination is mandated where permitted by law. Visa sponsorship is not available.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills, is adaptable, resourceful, and exhibits creative problem-solving abilities. They maintain high standards of professionalism and safety in all work-related activities and must be able to obtain airside security clearance within six months. The candidate should be a role model for junior pilots, willing to learn to lead and coach others, and motivated to develop skills and grow with the company. A current Pilot Proficiency Check (PPC) is considered an asset.
