Mandated Pilot Minimum Requirements
Prospective applicants must possess the following non-negotiable flight time and certification requirements. All flight time must be verifiable and submitted in detail during the application process.
- Total Flight Time: A minimum of 3,500 total flight hours is required.
- Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Time: Applicants must have accrued at least 500 hours of Pilot-in-Command time.
- Multi-Engine Experience: A minimum of 500 hours flown in multi-engine aircraft is essential.
- Multi-Engine PIC (MEL-PIC) Time: Must possess a minimum of 500 hours as Pilot-in-Command in multi-engine land aircraft.
- Type Rating: A current and relevant aircraft Type Rating is a mandatory prerequisite for this role.
Certifications and Preferred Experience
Successful candidates must maintain professional certifications and hold the following credentials:
- Required License: Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate is mandatory.
- License Authority: Only FAA License Holders are eligible for this position.
- Medical Certification: Must maintain a current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
- Preferred Time in Type: Candidates who possess 250 hours of flight time in the specific aircraft type are strongly preferred.
