TxJet, a subsidiary of Indiana Donor Network, seeks an experienced First Officer to contribute to its life-saving mission. Indiana Donor Network is a federally designated organ procurement organization dedicated to saving and healing lives through organ, tissue, and eye donation and transplantation. TxJet extends this mission by ensuring the swift and secure transportation of donor organs to transplant recipients.
The First Officer is responsible for transporting clinical teams from various organ procurement organizations to transplant centers and hospitals, facilitating the recovery of organs for donation. Operationally accountable to the Captain, the First Officer assists in all flight operations, including crew, passengers, cargo, and the safe conduct of the flight. This role involves guiding and coordinating all personnel involved in the aircraft operation.
