Requirements:

(1) Valid ICAO ATPL with ERJ 170/190 type rating and no limitations shown

(2) English Proficiency ICAO Level 4 or above

(3) Current Class A / Class 1 Medical Certificate

(4) 3,000 hours Total Flight Time

(5) 500 hours PIC on type

(6) Last flight within 12 months

(7) Below 52 years of age

(8) No flight incidents/accidents or criminal record.

Assignment: Tianjin Airlines

Base: Tianjin China

Contract: 3 year (renewable)

Compensation: US$220,000 to US$250,000 / year

Hourly Rate: US$200/hour (over 80 hrs in a calendar month)
Plus:
Annual Bonus: Year 1: US$12,000, Year 2: US$18,000, Year 3: US$23,000

Program 3 110 days off / year
Program 4 120 days off /
Program 5 130 days off / year
Program 6 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off
Program 7 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
Program 8 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off
Program 9 6 weeks on / 3 weeks off

Sick Leave: 5 paid days / year

Travel Allowance: $8,000/year paid quarterly

Domestic Travel: ID75 (75% off) sub-load tickets, per year, on Tianjin or Hainan domestic routes for pilots and immediate family members.

Chinese Social Security Insurance Provided based on Chinese law, including retirement, medical, unemployment, workplace injuries, and maternity.
