2026 Commuting Contract Terms & Conditions
This commuting contract is structured to offer a market-leading equilibrium between substantial earnings and ample personal time.

Premium Commuting Package:
- 10 Days Off Per Month: Enjoy a minimum of 8 consecutive days off at your home domicile each month.
- Dedicated Commuting Days: Two (2) dedicated commuting days are provided specifically for travel arrangements.
- Travel Allowance: Receive a monthly allowance of $2,000 USD or confirmed Business Class tickets on ANA services.

Competitive Compensation:
- Annual Salary Increases: The starting base monthly salary is $10,200 USD in the first year, with an annual increase to $12,990 USD by the fifth year of service.
- Annual Bonus: A fixed annual bonus of $18,000 USD is provided for each full fiscal year of service.
- Contract Completion Bonus: A one-time lump sum payment of $30,000 USD is awarded upon the successful completion of the initial 5-year term.

- Accommodation: A monthly allowance of 200,000 JPY is provided for Tokyo accommodation, or company-provided hotel options are available.
