About the Role

The Horizon Air Pilot Development Program is meticulously designed for pilot students aiming for a professional aviation career. As a Pilot within this program, individuals will embark on a structured journey with comprehensive training and dedicated mentorship, leading to a First Officer (FO) position at Horizon Air. Key Duties:

• Attend scheduled program-specific meetings.
• Participate in bi-annual check-in meetings with the program director.
• Complete monthly surveys detailing flight hours.

Qualifications

• Active Private Pilot License.
• Valid, unexpired FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
• Valid FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
• Ability to provide accurate flight records, including logbooks.
• Successful completion of the Pilot Development Program in accordance with program guidelines, a prerequisite for the Horizon Air First Officer position.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid US driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Possess and maintain a valid passport allowing unrestricted travel to and from the U.S. without a Temporary Resident Permit.
