Second in Command (SIC) Pilot

We are seeking a qualified Second in Command (SIC) to join our flight operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects and conduct of flight, including the transport of passengers, mail, freight, and other commercial operations. The role encompasses preflight preparation of required paperwork and restrictions, the maintenance of safe flight operations, and the completion of all post-flight duties.

Requirements

  • Must possess 200 hours of FAA-approved Prior Qualifying Time to serve as pilot in command in part 121 operations, as defined by FAR § 121.436(a)(3).
  • Alternatively, candidates may possess 200 hours as second in command at a part 121 carrier, as defined by FAR § 121.436(a)(3).
  • Proof of required flight time must be provided.
  • All prior qualifying time will be subject to verification in pilot logbooks by the System Chief Pilot and/or the Director of Operations during the interview process.
