Honeywell Flight Operations is seeking a highly qualified and safety-focused Pilot-in-Command (Captain) to lead corporate flight operations. This role is based in Charlotte, NC, USA, and involves the safe, legal, and efficient operation of company aircraft, serving as the final authority for flight operations and exercising sound judgment, leadership, and professionalism.

About the Role

The Captain is responsible for leading corporate flight operations, ensuring the safety, legality, and efficiency of company aircraft. This involves maintaining operational control, fostering a strong safety culture, and exercising independent judgment to protect passengers, crew, aircraft, and company assets. Responsibilities encompass comprehensive pre-flight planning and preparation, including verifying aircraft airworthiness, reviewing weather and operational data, determining mission requirements, and ensuring all documentation and equipment are current and compliant. The Captain will also manage crew and passenger interactions, conduct safety briefings, and deliver exceptional customer service. During flight operations, the focus will be on adhering to all regulations and policies, maintaining situational awareness, coordinating with Air Traffic Control, and ensuring compliance with international regulations. Post-flight duties include completing all necessary reports, recording flight data, and reporting any discrepancies or safety concerns.

Requirements

• Meet all applicable certificates, medical, qualification, training, and flight-time requirements.
• Hold qualifications necessary to operate assigned aircraft and missions.
• Possess strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and crew resource management skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required by the business.
• Possess or be eligible to obtain any necessary visas or passports for international travel.
