Flight Attendant
Honeywell is seeking a dedicated Flight Attendant to join the Flight Operations team in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, the successful candidate will impact the overall passenger experience by ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations and providing high-quality service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities

Assist the flight crew in the safe and efficient conduct of flight operations.

Participate in the Safety Management System to promote robust safety and risk management.

Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers throughout the duration of the flight.

Conduct pre-flight safety checks and provide passenger briefings.

Deliver exceptional customer service and proactively address passenger needs.

Verify that all safety equipment is onboard, in operating condition, and demonstrate proper usage.

Instruct passengers on the utilization and location of aircraft emergency equipment.

Provide expert instructions and assistance during aircraft emergencies and perform required safety actions.

Comprehend and implement details discussed during pilot briefings.

Maintain the aircraft cabin, baggage, and galley areas in an orderly, safe, and secure manner.

Manage aircraft provisions, including menu planning, catering, and food preparation and presentation.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience

Knowledge of culinary arts, food, wine, and menu planning for corporate passenger service.

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the aviation industry.

Minimum of 12 months of experience as a Flight Attendant on the same or larger type of aircraft as the one assigned.

Familiarity with the specific assigned aircraft type.

Possession of a certificate from an approved Flight Attendant Training organization.

Ability to pass a company pre-employment physical examination and drug screening test.

Ability to pass a comprehensive background investigation conducted by Honeywell Security.

Strong knowledge of safety regulations and emergency procedures.

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations.

Proficiency in first aid and emergency response techniques.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in hospitality, communications, or a related field.

Demonstrated experience in a flight attendant or similar professional role.
