Senior Flight Attendant
Honeywell is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Flight Attendant to join our flight operations team in Charlotte, NC. In this on-site role, the successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and exceptional service of our passengers, while providing leadership and guidance to the cabin crew.
Key Responsibilities
Safety & Compliance

Ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers throughout the flight experience.

Conduct thorough safety checks to verify that all required equipment is onboard and operational.

Provide comprehensive safety briefings and emergency instructions to passengers.

Respond immediately to onboard emergencies, notify the Pilot in Command (PIC), and execute emergency procedures in accordance with company and regulatory standards.

Active participation in the Safety Management System (SMS).
In-Flight Service Excellence

Deliver high-quality food and beverage service with an emphasis on personalized, first-class care.

Manage menu planning, catering coordination, and oversight of food preparation and presentation.

Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards.

Ensure maximum passenger comfort from boarding through arrival.
Cabin Operations

Maintain a clean, organized, and secure cabin, galley, and baggage environment.

Ensure the aircraft is properly stocked with all necessary supplies and provisions.

Review flight details and requirements provided during pilot briefings.

Support overall flight operations to promote efficiency and service excellence.

Perform additional duties as assigned by the Pilot in Command or Manager, Passenger Services.
Qualifications
Required Experience and Skills
-
Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a Flight Attendant.

Certification from an approved Flight Attendant Training organization.

Strong expertise in culinary arts, food service, wine and beverage knowledge, and menu planning for corporate or VIP passengers.

Comprehensive familiarity with aircraft safety procedures and cabin operations.

Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience on G600, G550, and G650 or similar large-cabin aircraft.

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, aviation management, or a related field.

Strong team-building capabilities.

Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
