Position Summary
Honeywell is seeking a dedicated Flight Attendant to join the aviation team in Phoenix, AZ. This role operates on a hybrid schedule and reports directly to the Director of Flight Operations. The successful candidate will play a critical role in enhancing the passenger experience, ensuring strict compliance with aviation safety regulations, and delivering high-quality service to support customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities

Assist the flight crew in the safe and efficient conduct of flight operations.

Participate in the Safety Management System to actively promote safety and risk management.

Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the duration of the flight.

Conduct pre-flight safety checks and comprehensive passenger briefings.

Deliver exceptional customer service and address all passenger requirements during flight.

Ensure all safety equipment is onboard and in proper operating condition.

Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all safety equipment and instruct passengers on its use and location.

Provide guidance and support to passengers during aircraft emergencies and perform all required safety actions.

Comprehend all mission-specific details discussed during pilot briefings.

Maintain the aircraft cabin, galley, and baggage areas in an orderly, safe, and secure manner.

Manage aircraft provisions, including menu planning, catering oversight, and food presentation.
Required Qualifications

Proficiency in culinary arts, wine knowledge, and menu planning for corporate passenger service.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the aviation industry.

Minimum of 12 months of experience (or equivalent) as a Flight Attendant on an aircraft of the same or larger type as the assigned vessel.

Familiarity with the specific aircraft type assigned.

Possession of a valid certificate from an approved Flight Attendant Training organization as determined by management.

Ability to pass a comprehensive pre-employment physical examination and drug screening.

Ability to pass a rigorous background investigation conducted by Honeywell Security.

Strong knowledge of safety regulations and emergency procedures.

Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage challenging situations effectively.

Proficiency in first aid and emergency response techniques.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in hospitality, communications, or a related field.
