Honeywell Aerospace is seeking an experienced Aircraft Captain to join their flight operations team in Phoenix, AZ. The Aircraft Captain will serve as the highest-ranking pilot, responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of aircraft, ensuring the safety of passengers and crew.
About the Role
The Aircraft Captain is entrusted with the command and authority of the aircraft during all flight operations. This role involves critical decision-making, continuous monitoring of aircraft systems, and strict adherence to all aviation regulations and safety standards. The Captain will lead by example, fostering clear communication and teamwork with co-pilots and cabin crew to ensure a coordinated and safe flight experience. The position operates on a hybrid work schedule and reports directly to the Chief Pilot.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience serving as an Aircraft Captain.
- Possession of a valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
- Accumulation of at least 2000 hours of flight experience.
- Demonstrated strong knowledge of aviation regulations and safety procedures.
- Proven excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation or a related field is valued.
- Additional certifications or training in aviation safety and emergency procedures are beneficial.
