The Cabin Crew Training Assistant plays a vital role in the organization and coordination of all training-related activities within the Cabin Crew Department. This position ensures that training records are meticulously updated, logistics are efficiently managed, and all regulatory and internal requirements are strictly fulfilled. The role demands exceptional attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. A strong sense of initiative and the capacity to effectively support both operational and training teams are crucial for success.

Key responsibilities for the Cabin Crew Training Assistant include:

• Supporting training programs approved by aviation authorities.
• Planning, coordinating, and ensuring the validity and compliance of the cabin crew training program.
• Maintaining and updating individual training records and documentation.
• Liaising with national and international aviation authorities.
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with aviation training-related legislation.
