Cabin Crew Department Assistant - Hi Fly

Hi Fly, a leading widebody aircraft wet lease specialist operating worldwide with an Airbus fleet of A330 and A340, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Cabin Crew Department Assistant to join its growing team.

The wet lease market is highly demanding, with airlines increasingly relying on wet lease solutions for their reliability, safety, and efficiency. As Hi Fly's fleet expands with new widebody additions in the coming months, the company requires a dedicated individual to contribute to the smooth and efficient management of cabin crew operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line support to the Cabin Crew Manager.
• Maintain, create, and monitor files on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis utilizing Microsoft Office tools.
• Update publications and internal manuals through collaboration with various teams.
• Monitor and organize Flight Crew/Cabin Crew documents.
• Send regular internal communications and maintain necessary acknowledgments.
• Manage stock, storage, and uniform inventory.
• Update the company's portal with relevant information.

Requirements:

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Professional experience in administrative roles.
• Experience in the aviation industry is preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
