Minimum Requirements:

To be considered for the Hi Fly Junior First Officer Program, candidates must satisfy the following criteria:

  • Right to Work: Must hold unrestricted right to live and work within the European Union (EU).
  • Language Proficiency: A minimum of ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5 is required.
  • License:
    • Possession of a valid EASA Commercial Pilot License (CPL) or Frozen Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
    • Holding a valid Multi-Engine Instrument Rating.
  • Medical: A valid EU (Part-MED) issued Class 1 medical certificate is mandatory.
  • Additional Certifications:
    • A Certificate of satisfactory completion of Advanced Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (AUPRT) in accordance with FCL.745.A.
    • A Certificate of satisfactory completion of Multi-Crew Co-Operation (MCC) in accordance with AMC1 FCL.735.A.
    • Candidates holding Airline Pilot Standards Multi-Crew Cooperation (APS MCC) certification, in accordance with AMC2 FCL.735.A, will receive a distinct advantage during the interview and assessment process.
  • Flight School (ATO) Report:
    • A written report, in English, signed by the Flight School Head of Training.
    • This report must include all ATPL results (detailing any retakes), CPL & ME/IR series passes, and comprehensive information regarding the candidate's performance throughout their training.
