Minimum Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for the HI FLY Junior First Officer Program, applicants must satisfy the following strict criteria:
- Right to Work: Candidates must hold the unrestricted right to live and work within the European Union (EU).
- Language Proficiency: A minimum of ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5 is required.
- Pilot Licensing:
- Possession of a valid EASA Commercial Pilot License (CPL) or a Frozen Airline Transport Pilot License (fATPL).
- Possession of a valid Multi-Engine Instrument Rating (ME/IR).
- Medical Certificate: Applicants must hold a valid EU (Part-MED) issued Class 1 medical certificate.
- Additional Certifications:
- Certificate of satisfactory completion of Advanced Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (AUPRT), in accordance with FCL.745.A.
- Certificate of satisfactory completion of Multi-Crew Co-Operation (MCC), in accordance with AMC1 FCL.735.A.
- Candidates holding the Airline Pilot Standards Multi-Crew Cooperation (APS MCC) certification, in accordance with AMC2 FCL.735.A, will be afforded a distinct advantage during the interview and assessment process.
- Flight School (ATO) Report: Submission of a comprehensive report is mandatory. The report must be written in English, signed by the Flight School Head of Training, and must include detailed information on all ATPL results (including specifics of retakes), CPL & ME/IR series passes, and a thorough assessment of the candidate's performance throughout the entire training process.
