Have extensive experience in both domestic and international flight operations, food preparation and food safety. Understand the unique requirements working with executives, while maintaining a working distance and maintaining their privacy. Operate under stressful situations during complex trips and tight schedules while crossing extensive time zones. Routinely exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and criteria for achieving desired objectives. Develops strategies for constantly changing situations and flight schedules.
Responsibilities:

Responsible for trips lasting from 1 day to 2 weeks

Maintaining high service levels while being a good steward of company money
-
Maintain professional growth in Business Aviation and practice industry best practices
-
Attend aircraft specific emergency and medical first aid training
-
Operate a Tempus IC2 unit to manage medical emergencies in the air
-
Accountable for customer satisfaction while onboard the aircraft
-
Understand and follow all Customs and Boarder Protection entry requirements
-
Understand and follow all Regulated Garbage regulations
-
Set up sleeping arrangements for passengers and crewmembers
-
Leads complex trips foreseeing the requirements of the trip for bedding, food and special requests

Maintains the aircraft to always be inviting and welcoming for our passengers

Plan meals to meet passenger requests

Purchase healthy and fresh food, cooking from scratch as much as possible
-
Follow all food safety guidelines in food prep and storage
-
Keep galley well stocked with basic day-to-day items
-
Clean aircraft after each leg and utilize FBO for cleaning food service items

Maintain snacks and drinks, assuring they are fresh and not expired

Recommend improvements to enhance our passenger experience

Maintaining sleep while working against a disrupted circadian cycle

Be a team player and a good organizational fit with the crew and passengers

Be a good steward of HP Inc. money and values while traveling and representing the company

Keep Passport and Visas current for all international destinations
Education and Experience Required:
-
Combination of training, education and working experience in the aviation field.

10 years plus of industry experience.
-
Track record of managing large complex international trips.

Emergency and first aid training
-
Familiar with the operation of a Tempus IC2 to manage medical emergencies in the air.

Proven track record with placing customers first.
Knowledge and Skills:

Demonstrate a broad knowledge of Aviation Best Practice, Federal Aviation Regulations, Company Operations Manual, aircraft evacuations and medical emergencies.

Knowledge of Customs and Boarder Protection Regulations and Regulated Garbage requirements for each State.
