Minimum Requirements for A320 First Officers
- Candidates must hold a valid EASA Part-FCL frozen ATPL license.
- The applicant must possess valid A320 Type Rating, including IR PBN ratings.
- A minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 is mandatory; Level 6 proficiency is highly preferred.
- Possession of a valid Class 1 medical certificate, issued in accordance with PART-MED requirements, is essential.
- Applicants should preferably possess 500 hours of flight experience on the A320 aircraft type. Pilots with fewer hours may be considered based on their performance and aptitude demonstrated during the rigorous selection process.
- Candidates must hold EU citizenship and a passport permitting unrestricted international travel.
