Key Requirements for Prospective Candidates
Candidates must meet the following stringent criteria to be considered for this role:
- Total Flight Time: A minimum of 2000 block hours of total flight time is mandatory.
- Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Experience: A minimum of 500 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) specifically on the Boeing 737 type is required. Alternatively, 1500 hours as First Officer on the Boeing 737 will be considered.
- Type Rating: A valid Boeing 737 type rating is essential.
- License Requirements: Candidates must possess an Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
- License Issuance: The ATPL license must be issued by a European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) member state.
- Medical Certification: A current Class 1 medical certificate is required.
- English Language Proficiency: A minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) level of 4 is necessary.
