Group Class Instructor (Substitute/As-Needed) - Horsham, PA
HealthFitness, a Trustmark company, is seeking a substitute, as-needed Group Class Instructor to join its fitness team at a client site in Horsham, PA. This role involves providing engaging, effective, and safe group exercise classes, including dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit training. The number of hours worked will depend on demand and scheduling.
Responsibilities

Deliver fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members.

Instruct a variety of class formats such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit training.
Qualifications

Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification.

Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or American Safety & Health Institute.

Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems.

2+ years of group exercise instruction experience is strongly preferred.

Must meet hiring requirements, including a pre-employment drug test.
Compensation
$30/hr – $35/hr, dependent on experience and qualifications.
