Cabin Crew - International
Hainan Airlines is seeking professional and service-oriented Cabin Crew members to join their team. This role involves ensuring passenger safety and delivering exceptional service on flights operated by Hainan Airlines, a SKYTRAX 5-Star airline with a global network. About the Role

Ensure the safety of all passengers during flights.

Provide high-quality and excellent customer service to passengers.

Implement flight safety procedures and service standards according to operational requirements.

Offer onboard retail sales services for featured products.
Requirements

College degree or equivalent qualification recognized by the candidate’s home country (or above).

No major restrictions.

Fluent in spoken English, capable of delivering standard aviation English for emergency and routine cabin announcements.

Basic Chinese communication skills are required.

Ability to meet the company’s professional image standards when wearing the designated cabin crew uniform.

Minimum barefoot reach of 212 cm with both hands simultaneously (tiptoeing permitted), without jumping or using external aids.

Must comply with the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) “Rules for the Administration of Medical Certification for Civil Aviation Personnel.”
Compensation

Pre-tax monthly salary ranging from approximately RMB 7,500–15,000, determined by technical rank and total flight hours.
