Role Summary
HP Inc. is seeking a professional and service-oriented Flight Attendant to join its Corporate Aviation team in Palo Alto, California. This role is responsible for ensuring a safe, discreet, and world-class onboard experience for HP executives, employees, and guests aboard corporate aircraft.
About the Role
The Flight Attendant plays a critical role in supporting executive leadership and vital corporate operations. This position requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, handle non-routine situations, and adapt to rapidly changing schedules and priorities in a safety-sensitive and service-critical environment. The role demands sound judgment, discretion, and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure passenger safety and well-being in accordance with FAA regulations and company policies.

Conduct pre-flight safety briefings and maintain compliance with all safety procedures.

Manage cabin readiness, including emergency equipment and safety documentation.

Respond effectively to emergency or unexpected situations.

Prepare and maintain the aircraft cabin to high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Manage inventory, catering, and onboard supplies, coordinating orders with dietary requirements.

Deliver exceptional, personalized service with a high level of discretion and professionalism.

Anticipate passenger needs and preferences, providing a welcoming in-flight environment.

Handle confidential information with integrity.

Collaborate with pilots, schedulers, and ground support teams.

Maintain accurate records of catering, flight logs, and inventory.

Assist with trip planning, including international travel requirements.

Ensure compliance with corporate policies and aviation best practices.
Requirements

FAA Flight Attendant Certification (or ability to obtain).

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Flight Attendant, with corporate or private aviation experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of in-flight safety procedures and hospitality service standards.

Flexibility to work variable schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Valid passport with the ability to travel internationally.

Preferred Qualifications

Work Environment
This position is based in San Jose, CA, and involves frequent domestic and international travel with 100% travel expected. On-call availability is required, and schedules may vary significantly. Work will be performed onboard corporate aircraft and in aviation facilities.
