HP Inc. is seeking a professional and service-oriented Flight Attendant to join its Corporate Aviation team in Palo Alto, CA. This role is responsible for delivering a safe, discreet, and world-class onboard experience for HP executives, employees, and guests.

About the Role

The Flight Attendant plays a critical role in ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers during corporate flights. This position requires independence, discretion, and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing schedules and priorities in a safety-sensitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure passenger safety and well-being in accordance with FAA regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct pre-flight safety briefings and ensure adherence to all safety procedures.
  • Maintain cabin readiness, including emergency equipment and safety documentation.
  • Respond effectively to emergency or unexpected situations.
  • Prepare the aircraft cabin for each flight, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
  • Manage inventory, catering, and onboard supplies, coordinating orders based on passenger preferences and dietary requirements.
  • Deliver exceptional, personalized service to passengers, anticipating needs with discretion and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with pilots, schedulers, and ground support teams to ensure efficient flight operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of catering, flight logs, and inventory.
  • Assist with trip planning, including international travel requirements.

Requirements

  • FAA Flight Attendant Certification (or ability to obtain).
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Flight Attendant, preferably in corporate or private aviation.
  • Strong knowledge of in-flight safety procedures and hospitality service standards.
  • Flexibility to work variable schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid passport with the ability to travel internationally.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in corporate or private aviation environments.
  • Culinary training or advanced knowledge of food and beverage service.
  • CPR/First Aid certification.
  • Familiarity with international travel protocols and customs.

Work Environment

This position is based in San Jose, CA, and involves frequent domestic and international travel, with 100% travel expected. On-call availability is required, and the schedule may vary significantly. Work will be performed onboard corporate aircraft and in aviation facilities.
