This vital role involves delivering a safe, discreet, and world-class onboard experience for HP executives, employees, and guests aboard corporate aircraft, supporting critical corporate operations with exceptional attention to detail and adaptability.

About the Role

The Flight Attendant will operate independently with minimal supervision, providing direct support to executive leadership in a high-visibility, safety-sensitive environment. This role demands sound judgment and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing schedules and non-routine situations. Key responsibilities include ensuring passenger safety and compliance with FAA regulations, meticulous cabin preparation, managing catering and inventory, and delivering personalized, discreet service to a discerning clientele. Collaboration with pilots, schedulers, and ground support is essential for efficient flight operations. The role also involves administrative support such as maintaining accurate flight logs and assisting with international trip planning.

Based in San Jose, CA, this position requires frequent domestic and international travel, on-call availability, and flexibility to work variable schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Work will be performed onboard corporate aircraft and in aviation facilities.

Requirements

  • FAA Flight Attendant Certification (or ability to obtain).
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Flight Attendant, with corporate or private aviation experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of in-flight safety procedures and hospitality service standards.
  • Flexibility to work variable schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid passport with the ability to travel internationally.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

While not strictly required, the following qualifications are considered advantageous for a Flight Attendant in this role:

  • Prior experience in corporate or private aviation environments.
  • Culinary training or advanced knowledge of food and beverage service.
  • CPR/First Aid certification.
  • Familiarity with international travel protocols and customs.
