About the Role
The Flight Attendant position within HP's Aviation Department plays a critical role in supporting a global technology leader by ensuring best-in-class service and safety in corporate air travel. This is a high-visibility role requiring discretion, judgment, and service excellence, directly supporting executive leadership and corporate operations. The position involves handling non-routine situations, adapting to rapidly changing schedules, and performing duties in safety-sensitive and service-critical environments.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure passenger safety and well-being in accordance with FAA regulations and company policies.

Conduct pre-flight safety briefings and maintain cabin readiness and emergency equipment.

Prepare the aircraft cabin, manage inventory, catering, and onboard supplies.

Deliver exceptional, personalized service, anticipating passenger needs with discretion and professionalism.

Collaborate with pilots, schedulers, and ground support teams for efficient flight operations.

Maintain accurate records of catering, flight logs, and inventory.
Requirements

FAA Flight Attendant Certification (or ability to obtain).

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Flight Attendant, with corporate or private aviation experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of in-flight safety procedures and hospitality service standards.

Flexibility to work variable schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Valid passport with the ability to travel internationally.

On-call availability required.
Qualifications

Experience in corporate or private aviation environments is preferred.

Culinary training or advanced knowledge of food and beverage service is preferred.

CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

Familiarity with international travel protocols and customs is preferred.
