Role Overview

USAA is seeking a professional Flight Attendant to join the San Antonio Hangar. The successful candidate will serve as a third crew member on corporate aircraft, operating in accordance with FAR 91 and USAA Flight Operations procedures. This role is responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers through meticulous in-flight service and ground-based preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional, courteous aircraft cabin service to ensure passenger and crew comfort and safety.
• Coordinate flight catering and beverage requirements, ensuring the aircraft and commissary are optimally stocked.
• Conduct comprehensive cabin safety briefings and familiarize passengers with emergency procedures.
• Assist passengers with boarding, deplanement, and baggage handling.
• Communicate effectively with senior company executives and Board Members.
• Perform administrative and operational duties as assigned by the Director, Flight Operations.
• Identify, monitor, and control risks associated with business activities in compliance with company policies.

Candidate Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma.

Experience

• 4 or more years of flight attendant experience, preferably within a corporate flight operation.
• Completion of Flight Attendant Career Training School (FACTs) or equivalent cabin safety and emergency procedures training.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of dietary restrictions and food allergies.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Familiarity with Dassault Falcon 2000 safety instructions.
• Expertise in serving and cutlery etiquette.
• Software proficiency and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Ability to travel approximately 100 days per year.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $85,040.00 – $153,080.00. Salary placement is determined based on experience and market data. Employees may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
