Role Overview
USAA is seeking a professional Flight Attendant to join the San Antonio Hangar. The successful candidate will serve as a third crew member on corporate aircraft, operating in accordance with FAR 91 and USAA Flight Operations procedures. This role is responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers through meticulous in-flight service and ground-based preparation.
Key Responsibilities

Provide professional, courteous aircraft cabin service to ensure passenger and crew comfort and safety.

Coordinate flight catering and beverage requirements, ensuring the aircraft and commissary are optimally stocked.

Conduct comprehensive cabin safety briefings and familiarize passengers with emergency procedures.

Assist passengers with boarding, deplanement, and baggage handling.

Communicate effectively with senior company executives and Board Members.

Perform administrative and operational duties as assigned by the Director, Flight Operations.

Identify, monitor, and control risks associated with business activities in compliance with company policies.
Candidate Requirements
Education

High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma.
Experience
-
4 or more years of flight attendant experience, preferably within a corporate flight operation.

Completion of Flight Attendant Career Training School (FACTs) or equivalent cabin safety and emergency procedures training.
Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of dietary restrictions and food allergies.

Current CPR and First Aid certification.

Familiarity with Dassault Falcon 2000 safety instructions.

Expertise in serving and cutlery etiquette.

Software proficiency and exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure and maintain strict confidentiality.

Ability to travel approximately 100 days per year.

Availability to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $85,040.00 – $153,080.00. Salary placement is determined based on experience and market data. Employees may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
