Fixed Wing Pilot - Home Based / Remote

Guardian Flight, a leading provider of medical air transportation services, is seeking experienced and highly skilled Fixed Wing Pilots to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position with a 14/14 work schedule, offering the opportunity to contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients across the nation.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with medical professionals to safely transport patients to and from various locations and facilities.
Maintain aircraft readiness, ensuring compliance with all Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and company standards.
Accurately document and record shift information, load manifests, and other relevant data.
Effectively communicate and coordinate with air and ground dispatch, flight crews, medical facilities, and partners.
Provide thorough shift change information to the transitioning pilot and team, adhering to company protocol.
Maintain required certifications and actively participate in ongoing ground and air training programs.

Qualifications:

Commercial Airplane Single Engine Land (C-ASEL or C-AMEL) certification is required.
Must be willing and capable of obtaining an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) license within five years of employment.
Valid and unexpired driver's license.
Current FAA Class I or II Medical Certificate.
Minimum 2,500 total flight hours.
2,000 fixed wing hours.
1,000 Pilot-in-Command (PIC) hours.
500 multi-engine (King Airs only) hours.
500 cross country hours.
100 night hours.
75 instrument (50 actual) hours.

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive starting salary ranging from $110,318 to $120,149.
$15,000 sign-on bonus awarded upon successful completion of training and checkride (no training contract required).
$40,000 retention bonus payable after six months of employment as part of a three-year program.
Company-paid commuter expenses and a daily per diem of $50.00.
Company-provided crew housing.
Company-sponsored Known Crew Member (KCM) access.

Working Conditions:

Work requires exposure to various weather conditions.
May involve de-icing aircraft, assisting with towing, maneuvering in and out of hangars, and preparing aircraft for flight.

Physical Demands:

Position requires standing, walking, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.
May assist with patient loading, requiring lifting up to 70 lbs.
Requires close vision, distant vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
