Job Overview
Green Africa is seeking a dedicated and experienced aviation professional to join our team. The successful candidate will uphold the highest safety and service standards, manage cabin service operations, and provide leadership to the cabin crew. This role requires an individual committed to maintaining operational excellence and professionalism at all times.
Core Responsibilities

Uphold the safety and service standards of Green Africa at all times.

Report all incidents, occurrences, or observations to the flight commander and manage the cabin services and executive cabin services hub.

Ensure that proper decorum and the established code of conduct are maintained by all cabin crew members while in uniform.

Coordinate effectively and ensure proper distribution of duties amongst all cabin crew members.

Conduct comprehensive pre-flight briefings and post-flight debriefings.
Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an operating Cabin Crew Member.

Must satisfy all initial cabin crew qualification requirements.

Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is considered an advantage.

Excellent health and fitness levels.

Demonstrated ability in problem-solving and decision-making.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Excellent personality with a proven ability to work effectively within a multicultural team.
