Job Description:
Reporting to General Manager, Inflight Services, you will be responsible for developing and improving the training programmes for Cabin Crew.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop strategies for the implementation and improvement in all areas related to cabin crew training, development and delivery;
Formulate, implement & evaluate training policies, programmes, materials and schedules based on knowledge of identified training needs, company & customer's requirement, inflight service processes or changes in products, procedures or services;
Enhance training quality and effectiveness to promote crew culture and service consistency among the entire crew community;
Maintain & upkeep of Cabin Crew training records and training manuals in accordance with regulatory and training requirements;
Manage the selection, training and standards of Cabin Crew Training Supervisors/Specialists;
Support operations of Cabin Crew recruitment;
and Deputize GMIS as required
Requirements:
Higher Diploma holder or equivalent;
At least 7 years' relevant work experience in training and airlines industry;
Training and management qualifications;
Proficient in oral and written English and Chinese;
Excellent organisational and multi-tasking ability;
Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing;
A team player, with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
and Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
