Grant Aviation, a distinguished Alaskan regional air carrier established in 1971, is seeking a Flight Standards Manager for its Anchorage, AK, USA base. This role is responsible for ensuring the standardization of flight policies and procedures, developing advanced qualification programs, and supervising instructor personnel across a fleet of various aircraft.

About the Role

The Flight Standards Manager will report to the Director of Operations and will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of flight operations. Key responsibilities include the development and implementation of advanced qualification programs, supervision and training of ground and flight instructors, and serving as a company flight instructor and check airman as needed. The position also involves enforcing safety objectives, liaising with regulatory authorities, and coordinating pilot training consistency with various management teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Commercial Pilot Certificate with an Instrument Rating
• Experience in Part 135 or Part 121 operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, exhibiting flexibility and adaptability

Qualifications

• Commercial Pilot License (CPL)
