What You’ll Do Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance, inspections, and repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and aviation regulatory standards (FAA/EASA/SHY-145). Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and structural issues. Ensure airworthiness of aircraft by adhering to safety and quality standards. Document all maintenance work accurately in compliance with regulatory requirements. Our ideal candidates: Hold a valid A&P License (FAA, EASA Part-66, or equivalent). Have 2–3+ years of hands-on aircraft maintenance experience on commercial or private aircraft. Demonstrate a deep understanding of aviation maintenance procedures, safety standards, and regulatory compliance. Can troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and structural issues efficiently and accurately. Are detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven, ensuring every aircraft meets the highest airworthiness standards. Communicate effectively in English (written and spoken); Turkish is a plus.
